It is also a nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles, offering visitors a chance to see these magnificent creatures. The beach is also known as pùligi de nie (snow fleas) because of its round, white and pink pebbles mixed with sand. Cala Mariolu, in the Baunei area, owes its name to the monk seal that stole the catch from the fishermen of Ponza, hence mariolo (thief).

Its panorama is so impressive due to its infinite shades of blue, emerald green and mid-blue, and the snowflake-like pebbles. The 1.650-feet (500 meter)-high cliff that surrounds it drops steeply both to the north and to the south. For this reason, Cala Mariolu can only be reached by land via a difficult path (for experts) through dense Mediterranean forest.

Watch out: There is no more sun on this stretch of beach from around 4 pm. It therefore makes sense to arrive a little earlier in the day. In addition to being one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, the bay of Cala Mariolu in Sardinia is even considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe! It is therefore definitely worth a visit.

Special Features:

Crystal-Clear Waters: The waters at Cala Mariolu are exceptionally clear with a distinctive emerald hue which adds to its exotic appeal. It’s a perfect spot for snorkeling and swimming. The underwater visibility allows visitors to see a variety of marine life and colorful fish.

Unique Pebble Beach: Unlike typical sandy beaches, Cala Mariolu is composed of small, rounded white pebbles mixed with sand, giving it a unique texture and appearance, and making the water appear even more vibrant.

Dramatic Limestone Cliffs and Caves: The beach is surrounded by impressive towering limestone cliffs that provide a dramatic backdrop. These cliffs also feature numerous sea caves that can be explored by boat or while snorkeling. It is a snorkeler’s paradise with rich marine biodiversity.

Marine Life: The rich marine environment makes Cala Mariolu a popular spot for divers and snorkelers. Most visitors reach the beach by boat, which can be rented from nearby towns such as Cala Gonone or Santa Maria Navarrese.

Scenic Hiking Trails: For those who prefer land-based adventures, there are challenging hiking trails leading to Cala Mariolu, offering stunning views of the coastline and the Mediterranean Sea.

Tropea Beach, Calabria

In the far south, at the end of the Italian boot in Calabria, lies the small town of Tropea. With its well-preserved old town and its famous cathedral, Santa Maria dell’Isola, the town of 6,500 inhabitants is one of the most popular destinations for tourists, not only from Europe. It is not without reason that the town is also known as the “Pearl of Calabria”.

The special thing about Tropea: a picturesque sandy beach with azure blue water lies directly below the old town. And that’s not all. If you want a particularly quiet place, you can simply drive a little further along the coast. There are many more small bays to discover, which are a little more secluded. The rock formations and caves also invite you to go on a discovery tour.

Special Features:

Stunning Scenery
Tropea Beach is renowned for its breathtaking scenery. The picturesque town of Tropea, perched atop these cliffs, offers a stunning backdrop, with its charming historic buildings and narrow streets.

Pristine Waters
Pristine clear and turquoise waters make it a popular destination for swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities. The clean and inviting sea is one of the main attractions for visitors.

Soft, White Sand
Tropea Beach features soft, white sand that contrasts beautifully with the blue of the sea. This fine sand makes it a comfortable place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy the coastal beauty.

Historic Charme
One of the most iconic sights near Tropea Beach is Santa Maria dell’Isola, a historic monastery situated on a rocky promontory overlooking the beach. This picturesque church adds to the charm and historical significance of the area, providing a stunning vantage point for panoramic views of the coastline.

Rich History and Culture
The town of Tropea itself is rich in history and culture, dating back to ancient times.
The Day of Lovers on February 14 has more to offer than chocolates, red roses and candlelight dinners. Valentine’s Day in Italy is the ideal opportunity for a romantic getaway for two. If you are looking for inspiration about a trip with which to surprise your loved one, here are five ideas for celebrating love with a romantic weekend in Italy.

A food and wine tour in the historic villages of Trentino

Photo: Visit Trentino/Tommaso Prugnola

In its valleys the Trentino region encompasses a host of small romantic villages – recognized by the association of “Borghi più Belli d’Italia” (“the most beautiful villages of Italy”) – with stone houses, courtyards and old barns, each offering home-style recipes worth tasting, the ideal locations for a romantic trip to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Your couple’s itinerary can start from Canale di Tenno, a medieval village on a hill overlooking the turquoise waters of Lake Tenno. A little further on, you’ll find Rango, an amazing example of rural alpine architecture. After a walk hand-in-hand among its barns and cobbled streets, make sure you try the famous Bleggio walnut pie. From here, you can set off again towards San Lorenzo in Banale, set between the Brenta Dolomites and Lake Garda. Scattered over seven hamlets, this village is an invitation to discover ancient rural traditions and tasty traditional food.

Overlooking Lake Idro you’ll find Bondone, an ancient village of coalmen. There you can venture into its labyrinth of lanes admiring the frescoes that decorate the facades of the houses. Try an energizing polenta carbonera, a hit of the cuisine from Trentino. Then move to the eastern side of Trentino to discover romantic Mezzano. The village at the foot of the wonderful Pala Group will bowl you over with its cataste e canzei, a permanent exhibition of wooden architectures. Before leaving try tosela di Primiero, a local cheese best sampled with polenta and luganega from Trentino. Your romantic tour through the historic villages of Trentino can end in Vigo di Fassa, a sunny village from which you can admire the Marmolada, the queen of the Dolomites, as she turns pink at sunset. Don’t miss out on visiting a couple of museums and tasting typical Ladin dishes like cajoncie da fighes and cher de fascia.

Three days immersed in the beauty of Maremma

Photo: Visit Tuscany/Bernward Harz

If you want a Valentine’s Day at a slow pace dedicated to wellness and culture, we recommend a romantic weekend in the Maremma area, in southern Tuscany. Enjoy thermal springs, historic villages and idyllic landscapes. Your ideal starting point could be Saturnia. The town features an archaeological park hosting ruins from the Etruscan and Roman ages, striking natural waterfalls of thermal water – the Cascate del Mulino – as well as some of the most famous thermal baths in the world, dating as far back as ancient times. Having left Saturnia, head for Sovana, in the heart of the Tuff area. Sovana is a noteworthy Etruscan center, medieval and Renaissance village, and episcopal center. It will amaze you with its houses carved out of tuff and its exquisite medieval palaces. Just beyond it, you’ll come across Sorano. The ancient city was founded in the most flourishing Etruscan period. Browse workshops of the craftsmen and women who make and sell picturesque ceramic artefacts, visit the Renaissance fortress and the archaeological park of the City of Tuff, with its necropolis carved into the rocks.

Your next stop will be Pitigliano, a center built thousands of years ago, located on a cliff, also carved out of tuff. Plan your visit at sunset, and treat your eyes to a host of breathtaking, romantic views. Pitigliano preserves traces of prehistoric settlements, Etruscan tombs and Roman ruins. You can also stroll through the old alleys of the Jewish ghetto, which earned it the title of “Little Jerusalem”. Appreciate the excellent white wines produced locally, especially the Bianco di Pitigliano. To round off your romantic trip, we recommend Capalbio. This historic village is surrounded by walls and full of medieval architecture, skimmed by the rolling hills of the Maremma scrub and unspoilt beaches. Last but not least, before leaving, take a stroll in the beautiful nature reserve surrounding the shores of Lake Burano.

A romantic weekend at Lake Garda

Photo: Garda Lombardia/Michael Dernbach_creativecommons

Lake Garda offers the right combination of relaxation, nature and culture, perfect for a Valentine’s Day packed with ideas and attractions. The most suitable location for your sweet weekend for two has to be Sirmione, with its peninsula stretching out on the lake, its striking views and historic center. Sirmione is fascinating to cover on foot, to explore attractions like the Scaligero Castle and the Roman ruins of the Grottoes of Catullus, and the location’s characteristic alleys. It is also an amazing destination to visit on board a motorboat, for an ultra-scenic perspective of this beautiful town. As well as the rich cultural wealth offered by its historic center, Sirmione is also an ideal venue for a relaxing trip thanks to its famous thermal baths, overlooking the lake, as their famous waters have unrivalled therapeutic and preventive properties.

In the evening, head to nearby Desenzano. Enjoy an aperitif and dinner, and take a romantic walk along the walls of the Castle, admiring the lights of the lake from above. Your romantic tour can then continue further north, in Gardone Riviera. It is one of the most famous resorts of Lake Garda, affording amazing views of Mount Baldo. Here you can visit the “Vittoriale degli italiani”, residence of Gabriele D’Annunzio. A little farther on, you’ll find the renowned center of Salò, rich in history, architecture and art, where you can stroll along the pretty lakefront or enjoy some typical Garda cuisine, with delicious dishes made from freshly caught fish.

Recharge your batteries in an original maso in South Tyrol

If you want to pamper yourself with a Valentine’s Day in Italy dedicated not only to the mind and body, but also to the palate, choose something different. A trip of discovery to South Tyrol, and a stay in one of its traditional masi, ancient rural homes turned into cozy agritourism facilities and excellent bed & breakfasts. In the masi of the “Gallo Rosso” group, 1.600 ‘holiday farms’ scattered all over South Tyrol, in both isolated and central locations, you can enjoy an out-of-the ordinary experience, rediscovering old agricultural customs at a slow pace. This is the perfect occasion to taste some authentic flavors, enjoy rural life surrounded by nature and also recuperate your psychological and physical wellbeing with hay saunas, milk baths, detoxifying treatments and reinvigorating massages.

And while relaxing the mind and pampering the body, it’s then time to take care of your taste buds. The host of the maso will offer you the chance to taste the typical home cooking of South Tyrol, full of local produce and characteristic flavors. You will also learn how to recognize herbs and the virtues of plants, secrets handed down from generation to generation. And if there is some other aspect of country life that interests you, aside from wellness, just ask!
A Valentine’s Day in Italy wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the City of Love. If for Valentine’s Day you want to spend a weekend with your partner in the ultimate romantic location, there is only one obvious choice: Verona, the city where Shakespeare set the most famous romance of all times: that of Romeo and Juliet. The myth of the two lovers lives again in the medieval Juliet’s House, but also in the ancient squares of the city, its lanes, courtyards, fascinating views and along the meanders of river Adige. To mark Valentine’s Day, the city of Verona is organizing the event Verona in Love. From February 9 to 14, 2025, the most atmospheric corners of the city, from Piazza Bra to Juliet’s House, will be decorated and illuminated in red; there will also be markets in the city with local handicrafts (in the classic heart shape), tastings, guided walks for couples in search of the secrets and legends of Romeo and Juliet, themed evenings and many other romantic surprises. New this year is a music competition for young Italian cantautori, where the best love song will be awarded the Premio Arte d’Amore. Sports enthusiasts, on the other hand, can prove their fitness in the footsteps of Romeo and Juliet in the half marathon on February 15 through the city of love.

Nestled in the wine tourism destination of Val di Picciola in the heart of Chianti Classico, the Vallepicciola Winery offers an array of experiences that immerse visitors in authentic Tuscan wine culture. Year-round, the Collectors’ Experience and Wine Safari tours take guests on a journey through the winemaking process: from the first flowers and berries in the vineyard to the bottling. Not to be missed at Vallepicciola is the recently installed contemporary artwork “Casa in bottiglia” by French artist Clet Abraham, who participated in the “A(Rt) Message in A (Chianti Classico) Bottle” project promoted by the Consorzio del Chianti Classico.

Set in Pievasciata, a small village just 15 km from Siena, Vallepicciola is the Bolfo family’s premier winery in the heart of Chianti Classico, crafting excellent wines and offering an array of outdoor and indoor activities. Year-round, tourists can stroll through the vineyards and visit the state-of-the-art winery, including the cellar. Collectors’ Experience and Wine Safari are two of the most appealing tours for wine lovers.

Wine Safari Experience

The exciting Wine Safari tour is tailored specifically for adventure enthusiasts. Guided by Vallepicciola’s drivers, guests traverse the estate’s breathtaking landscapes in a jeep, revelling in the panoramic vistas that define this iconic wine region. The adventure culminates in an intimate exploration of Vallepicciola’s winery and the meticulous craftsmanship that transforms grapes into exceptional wines: from the fermentation room, the heart of the winemaking process where the magical transformation unfolds, to the barrel cellar, where the wines patiently mature under the watchful eye of renowned winemaker Alessandro Cellai.

The grand finale is a tasting of Vallepicciola’s most celebrated wines: Perlinetto 25° Anniversario (Metodo Classico), Vallepicciola Bianco IGT Toscana, Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG, Vallepicciola Rosso IGT Toscana, Quercegrosse Merlot IGT Toscana, and Migliorè IGT Toscana.
A(rt) Message in a (Chianti Classico) Bottle

“Casa in bottiglia” by French artist Clet Abraham arrived at Vallepicciola by means of the “A(rt) message in a (Chianti Classico) bottle” project, promoted by the Consorzio del Chianti Classico, and celebrates not just wine, but also Chianti Classico, which has long inspired poets and artists. The bottle-sculpture made of polystyrene and standing 4 meters tall is a street art reinterpretation of the iconic bottle that has always defined Chianti Classico, featuring a whimsical house with a door, window, and a smoke cloud from the chimney, representing a unique visit for art lovers.

Hotel Le Fontanelle*****

It was siblings Bruno and Giuseppina Bolfo who discovered the wine-growing potential of the Val di Picciola Valley when they bought an abandoned 17th-century monastery in 1999 and renovated it into what is now the five-star Hotel Le Fontanelle.

It took seven years to carefully and respectfully renovate the structure, maintaining the energy in its massive stone exterior, building with wood from the region and delicately adding refined terracotta pavements aligned with the classic style of Chianti.

Thus in 2006 Hotel Le Fontanelle became a unique place, which, thanks to a refined and gentle welcome, offers a more authentic and immersive experience of Chianti. The 5-star accommodation offers a discreet elegance deep in the heart of Chianti. The luxury rooms and suites are furnished with terracotta floors and oak-beamed ceilings, some offer a private lounge or garden area.

The beautiful location offers a panoramic swimming pool, a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and relaxing area. Mountain bikes are free to use for guests.

Surrounding the property there was a piece of land of 3 hectares that became the starting point of the winemaking business. Five years later, the brothers bought and restored another ruin adjacent to the hotel, reaching 6 hectares of vineyards that would allow Vallepicciola to start a small wine production intended for the consumption and sale at the hotel only.

70th Puccini-Festival in Torre del Lago, Tuscany

To mark the 70th anniversary, 100 years after Giacomo Puccini’s death, the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago (Tuscany) is presenting an extraordinary edition in 2024 with six new productions of Puccini masterpieces: Le Willis-Edgar, Manon Lescaut, La Bohème, Tosca and Turandot.

18 opera evenings in the open-air Gran Teatro Puccini on the shores of Lake Massaciuccoli are on the program from July 12 to August 24, 2024. It will be rounded off by the special event Madame Butterfly on August 31st and September 7th, 2024. The Puccini Festival is an annual tribute to the world-famous Tuscan master, who was born in Lucca, lived in Torre del Lago and created some of his most famous works there.

Giacomo Puccini

Giacomo Puccini, one of the most important composers of all time, has always loved his homeland: Tuscany. He was born in Lucca, but was fascinated by Torre del Lago and never left this region, which inspired him to create his world-famous operas such as Bohème, Tosca, Madame Butterfly and Turandot.

The Puccini Festival is the most important opera festival in Italy and the only Puccini festival in the world. It takes place in the locations that inspired the maestro’s work. The festival offers the opportunity to listen to great stars of the international opera scene perform Puccini’s masterpieces in a large open-air theater on the shores of Lake Massaciuccoli, directly in front of Puccini’s house museum.

To mark the 100th anniversary of the maestro’s death, the festival that bears his name will celebrate his immortal works in the place where they were created.

The program:

A vineyard on the roof: these are the plans for Florence Airport

Florence airport is to become a vineyard in the future. Architects are planning an almost 19-acre vineyard on the roof of the new terminal.

The airport is often the first thing travelers see when they arrive in a foreign city or country. It has become a kind of calling card in international tourism – fueled by investments worth billions, especially in the Arab world.

In the future, Florence airport will also have a special feature and give passengers a first taste of what awaits them in Tuscany. True to the motto: “First impressions count!”

An eye-catcher as European premiere

The US design firm Rafael Viñoly Architects has presented plans for a redesigned international terminal at the Italian airport. The highlight: the new building will also include a 19-acre vineyard – a nod to Florence’s reputation as the “capital of Italy’s famous wine country”, Tuscany.

Little is yet known about the exact plans. Just this much: according to the architects, the future terminal will be approx. 12 acre in size – crowned by a huge pitched roof with skylights and almost 40 rows of vines.

That would be a first in Europe. The Halter Ranch winery in California has a private airport for licensed pilots and their wine-loving friends. But this is a unique combination worldwide.

First construction phase to be completed in 2026

A large part of the wine production will probably be carried out in-house. “A leading winemaker from the region will manage the vineyard and produce the wine in special chambers under the roof of the terminal,” said a spokesperson for the architecture firm Rafael Viñoly.

Below the vineyards, the design of the terminal envisions a large piazza which, according to the architects, will help to improve the circulation of passengers.

The plans also include turning the existing runway by 90 degrees to make it more suitable for modern aircraft. In addition, the airport’s transport links are to be improved with a new light rail system.

The architecture firm Rafael Viñoly has announced that it will work with the airport planners to build the structure in two phases. The first phase is due to be completed in 2026, while the second stage is likely to take longer. It is not due to be completed until 2035.

In search of the Garden Eden

Iris in all its glory: Villa La Massa impresses with colorful natural highlights at the gates of Florence – be it in the extensive park or stylish cocktail glass.

In Greek mythology, the iris was the messenger of the gods. At Villa La Massa, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by 25 acres of lemon trees and olive groves, it signals the arrival of spring. Strolling through the extensive park, you will discover new perspectives and wonders of nature time and time again. The iris garden not only impresses with its magnificent flowers, but also forms the basis for a culinary journey that harmoniously combines history and nature.

Blue, purple, white and yellow – this is how the iris blossom shines and delights more than just garden fans. Countless varieties of iris, small and large plants, fragrant beauties and colorful eye-catchers thrive on over 4,300 square feet in Villa La Massa’s specially created iris garden. A visit to the luxury hotel on the Arno is particularly worthwhile between April and July, when the iris garden is in full bloom. The green paradise was created by the renowned landscape architect Maria Chiara Pozzana. It is a continuation of the old tradition of the Medici family, who once ruled Florence: The iris has always been the symbolic flower of Tuscany and still adorns the city’s coat of arms today as a red flower on a white field.

An electric shuttle is available to hotel guests on request to take them comfortably to the city center and to one of the highlights of the season: A true garden paradise stretches east of Piazzale Michelangelo and impresses not only with rare iris specimens, but also with spectacular views of the Florence skyline. Founded in 1957 by the Società Italiana dell’Iris (Italian Iris Foundation), the extensive iris garden only opens its doors to visitors in May during the International Iris Show. However, there is also plenty for guests at Villa La Massa to discover in the other spring months, as the boutique hotel organizes visits to spectacular villas and gardens in Tuscany as a member of the “Grandi Giardini Italiani” association, giving guests exclusive access to the private estates.

The gastronomy at Villa La Massa is also a creative homage to the past, characterized by the aromatic treasures of regional cuisine and the use of fresh ingredients from our own garden. The new iris cocktail is the perfect accompaniment for balmy spring evenings. This creation is dedicated to Countess Bierliska, who acquired the historic estate in 1856. A cocktail delight that pays homage to the gardens with a fresh blend of vodka, iris liqueur and orange bitters.

Monteverdi Tuscany has unveiled its newly expanded Monteverdi Spa & Wellness Center following a multi-year renovation. The medieval-era boutique hotel located on 22 acres in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Val D’Orcia now houses an enhanced spa and new, split-level 1,720-square-foot wellness center.

At the spa, guests can experience a range of artisanal massages, rituals and warm ceremonies in renovated treatment rooms, including a new couples suite. As guests venture into the center of the revamped facilities, they will discover the Monteverdi Spa Circuit, with its series of warm and cold plunge pools, saunas and showers. The distinctive spa journey includes a new bio sauna, a Finnish sauna and a cold plunge pool. Guests can also experience the new sensory showers, which invigorate the body with harmonious variations in temperature, scents, colors, and vibrations.

Monteverdi Tuscany Spa Circuit

The Spa Circuit also offers access to the newly constructed Conservatory, a relaxation area with views for guests to take in before or after their bathing rituals. Other new facilities include cryotherapy chambers, outdoor garden and yoga platform, featuring vistas of the Italian countryside. To complement the expanded facilities, Monteverdi has partnered with luxury beauty brands to augment its spa program with a range of treatments.

The new 1,720-square-foot Wellness Center offers five treatment rooms, including two rooms designed for laser treatments and an IV lounge. There are four areas of wellness expertise: aesthetic, regenerative, preventative and programmatic, where guests can experience aesthetic care, science-driven treatments and physician guidance to promote health and wellbeing during and after their stay. Each customized wellness journey is designed to help guests gain insight about their health and reach their individual goals. A wellness concierge will be assigned to each guest ahead of and during their stay for a personalized wellness experience.

Monteverdi Wellness Center Menu

The Wellness Center menu was developed in partnership with Dr. Maurizio Cavallini, an esteemed practitioner who brings decades of medical expertise to Monteverdi as chief medical advisor. Services include aesthetic medicine and regenerative treatments that boost skin health with medical techniques, besides diagnostic services and assessments that inspire guests to take a preventative approach to nutritional and age-related needs.

Monteverdi offers multi-day retreats and programs, including the three-night Tuscan Tranquility Retreat and the seven-night Holistic Detox Retreat, each of which include a curated selection of treatments, services, activities and diagnostic assessments, along with F&B experiences led by Executive Chef Giancarla Bodoni.

Summer has ended. In fact, with the arrival of the fall equinox we can declare it officially over… but not in our thoughts and in the desire to stay outdoors and still take advantage of as many hours of daylight and mild days as possible.

And so even in the city you can feel a little bit of vacation, sipping a drink at sunset or daring the last swims in the pool, strictly with a view. For those who do not resign themselves to the end of summer, here are some of the most interesting and best rooftops in Italy where you can enjoy the view and relax.

Merano, wellness and panoramas

Those who are planning a mountain getaway to take advantage of the last mild days can make a reservation at Hotel Therme Merano, South Tyrol’s only spa hotel, which on the top floor counts on the Sky Spa’s panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the city’s rooftops and the surrounding mountains. Here, after relaxing in the infinity pool or with a massage, you can try the cocktails offered by the barman such as the Sky Aperitif made with limoncello produced directly by the hotel, Prosecco and Bio Lemon. Or, choose the non-alcoholic Healthy with apple, ginger, cucumber and lemon.

Milan, drinks with a skyline view

The atmosphere becomes decidedly more metropolitan and contemporary in Milan, where there are several spots from which to admire the Milanese skyline with a cocktail in hand.

Going up to the 13th floor of the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale there is a terrace, 131 feet high, where you will find the Organics SkyGarden, a project that aims to mix art, music, fashion, flavor and design, born from the organic and non-alcoholic beverages The Organics by Red Bull. The terrace is open daily from 6pm to midnight and also hosts live music and DJ sets. The Organics SkyGarden rooftop is also present in Rome at the Aleph Hotel and in Courmayeur at the intermediate station of Skyway Monte Bianco, Pavillon The Mountain.

Also in Milan, one of the scenic novelties is Vertigo, the new rooftop of the nhow Milano hotel in the Tortona District, a district now with a focus on fashion and design among its revamped industrial architecture. The terrace with its 8.000 square feet of space, houses 3 circular pools, a lounge area with cocktail bar, a solarium area and an Infinity Pool.

Palazzo Ripetta, the new 5-star hotel in the center of Rome, inaugurates the Etere rooftop. Located between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, the hotel is inside a building which housed the Conservatorio della Divina Provvidenza in the 17th century; became a hotel in the 1960s after its renovation by architect Luigi Moretti and in 2020 jumped into the luxury segment thanks to a major redevelopment desired by the owners, the Ginobbi Group. The structure and the 78 rooms and suites were redesigned according to the standards of luxury hospitality: design, comfort and refined materials.

Now, with the inauguration of the terrace, Palazzo Ripetta Etere offers its customers a location with a view of the city’s history. Hidden on the fourth floor of Palazzo Ripetta, Etere, the new rooftop of the hotel is a mix of flair and design that concretizes the expression of the wine bar par excellence in shapes, structures and furnishings that in shades of red and gray run along the terrace, characterizing it and making it unique. Deliberately informal, Etere is an open-air cellar, where the selection of the bar is the master and the proposal of Executive Chef Marco Ciccotelli is an absolute certainty.
